Update and Exhortation

From the South Pacific, [down under] as it is often called.]

When Jesus gave the command to, “Go make disciples, teaching them all what I taught you, even to the utter most part of the earth”. They say the furthest place from Jerusalem is a place called Gisborne which is on our east coast of NZ. It is the first place on earth to get the rising sun of each new day due to the international date line being just off of the coast.

God is moving a fresh in NZ and Australia with a fresh touch of Holy Spirit. People are getting saved, there are some healings,
[would love to see more though]. There is a fresh touch on churches which is a great encouragement to all and inspires folk to reach out with fresh desire and passion to reach the lost whom Jesus came for.

Our economy is not in good shape, so this is a challenge re job security and those in business are finding it difficult to keep all their staff on.  So we are praying for them and their staff to see God in all of this at work.

Our world today has shrunk to the size of a silicon chip. With modern tech we can either retract in fear or embrace the tech as a tool to go beyond borders, to reach our world with the power of God’s love for the lost. We can disciple and teach beyond borders form our own home into some distant land. What an opportunity we have to reach our broken world for Jesus.

Just imagine for a moment if instead of attacking a neighbouring country and stealing their land and killing their people, if that leader instead chose the road of the good neighbour, and loved on their neighbour and reached out and helped and supported in any way they could! Wow what a difference that would make.

When a certain man asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbour?” Jesus told the story of the good Samaritan. Let us go and do likewise. The greatest world leader this planet ever had is one called Joseph. He came from a dysfunctional family full of envy and hatred, family rejection and strife, sold into slavery, passed the sexual test, the prison test, the forgotten test, rose one morning in prison to breakfast, but by that evening he was seated next to Pharoh, appointed as the top man of Egypt even over Pharoh himself except for the court room of Egypt.

Now he faced the biggest test of all, The test of, “ultimate success” as the greatest world leader ever. And he passed it with excellence. this test was followed by the forgiveness test, “you meant it for evil, but God meant it for good” I hold no grudge against you, my family.
Jesus is the way, He is the Truth, and He is the Life, the Light of the World.

Our world is very broken and lost, therefore, Let us reach and touch them with the power of His love, His way, and build His Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven.

The fields are WHITE ready for harvest; when He comes, may He find us harvesting.

Blessings to you all, from the South Pacific / Down under.
