El Shaddai congregation, led by Todd Westphal in Frederick, Maryland, celebrated their first service back together on Shavuot Sunday. Due to restrictions from local authorities, the celebration took place in the parking lot. A wonderful crowd gathered on a perfect weather day, welcomed the Holy Spirit, and blessed the neighborhood!
